Month 1: Mental & Emotional Health
In this month we are learning all about our brains, emotions, how to process emotions, mental health, self talk and growth mindset.
Our mental health is the foundation for a healthy, vibrant and fulfilling life!
Month 2: Physical Health & Wellness
In this month we dive into our body systems, learning to listen to our body, ways to care for our bodies through movement, importance of sleep and rest as well as breathing and meditating.
Our bodies are with us for our entire lives, learning to care for and listen to our bodies is a lifelong skill.
Month 3: Nutrition
In this month we dive into the overwhelming areas of nutrition. We cover food is fuel, importance of hydration, macros, food ingredients, food labels along with cooking and kitchen saftey.
Food is one if the key components to overall health and wellbeing. Learning what is in your food, how it is made and how it can support your body allows you to make informed choices.
